MEET LESLIE,
your wingwoman.

I’ve never had a “normal” path and I wouldn’t want one. My career hasn’t followed a straight line and that’s my superpower.

I started out as a special education teacher, then moved into corporate and tech, where I served as Director of Operations but quickly realized the ladder wasn’t for me.

Along the way I’ve built schools, streamlined systems, trained teams on tools they swore they’d never understand, and kept dozens of projects alive at once.

I built GYST to do what corporate never could: cut the crap, have systems that work in the real world, and keep business alive without burning people out.

being "business as usual" was never my thing.
