Your Guide on the Entrepreneurial Journey

My career has been anything but linear, and that’s exactly what has made me so good at what I do. I’ve learned how to pivot, adapt, and figure things out quickly - and now I help others do the same.
I started as a special education teacher, spending over a decade in public schools before transitioning to a private school. When I saw a need for a different kind of learning environment, I co-founded a 501(c)(3) private school and built it from the ground up. When funding challenges forced us to close, I had to pivot - taking everything I’d learned about leadership, problem-solving, and operations into the corporate world.
That’s when I stepped into the edtech space, helping private schools transition from paper-based admissions to digital platforms. I managed a team, trained school administrators, and helped them navigate change with confidence.
From there, I jumped into business operations in the agricultural sector, first as a virtual assistant for a ranch manager and later as the co-founder of a company that connected ranchers with virtual assistants. I had to learn the industry fast, but more importantly, I helped others do the same - teaching assistants how to support ranchers effectively while also streamlining workflows and introducing better systems.
In 2022, I took on a leadership role in regenerative agriculture, quickly moving up to Director of Operations. I managed a team of scientists and project managers, overseeing up to 50 long-term projects at once. I worked through complex challenges, negotiated contracts, and ensured that both corporate partners and investors had the data they needed - all while helping my team adapt in a fast-changing industry.
Now, I run my own business, pulling from every experience to help organizations operate more efficiently, embrace change, and grow sustainably. I thrive in environments where things are constantly evolving, and I love helping others navigate change with confidence. Whether it’s building a better system, restructuring a team, or tackling an overwhelming project, I help turn uncertainty into action.
