The process is simple: we’ll have focused conversations where you can share your thoughts freely without fear of judgment or over-familiarity. You’ll gain clarity, feel heard, and leave with a detailed summary of our discussion, including key insights and actionable steps to help you move forward. It’s a powerful opportunity to articulate your ideas, find focus, and gain momentum.

  • How much do services cost?
    Our services typically start at $1,000 per month, with a one-time onboarding fee equal to your selected monthly retainer amount.   • Who will perform services?

  • What does my onboarding fee cover?
    The one-time onboarding fee ensures a smooth and efficient start to our partnership by laying the groundwork for success. This fee covers the following: Initial Consultation and Discovery Call: A detailed session to understand your business, priorities, and pain points, setting the stage for a tailored approach. Systems and Processes Audit: Review of existing workflows, tools, and operational challenges to identify areas for immediate improvement. Customized Onboarding Plan: Development of a clear plan to align services with your specific needs, including task prioritization and timelines. Set-Up and Integration: Assistance in setting up any necessary systems, tools, or accounts to ensure seamless collaboration. Kickoff Meeting: A comprehensive meeting to outline expectations, communication protocols, and key deliverables moving forward. Basic Documentation Development: Creation or refinement of basic documentation for processes or project specifics to support continuity and organization.
  • Is there a minimum commitment for retainer services?
    Yes, retainer packages typically require a three-month minimum commitment to ensure we have enough time to deliver measurable results and create meaningful impact for your business.
